How do combined bookings work?
Both properties are booked separately on Airbnb, but we coordinate the dates so both are available simultaneously. Email hello@capebarn.com with your dates and group size — we'll confirm availability and help you book both listings.
Is there a discount for booking both?
Pricing is managed through Airbnb. Contact us at hello@capebarn.com to discuss options for extended group stays.
Can groups of more than 12 be accommodated?
Both properties have firm guest maximums for comfort and safety: The Barn sleeps 6, The Main House sleeps 6. Combined maximum is 12 guests.
Do the two properties share any walls?
No. They are separate buildings on the same plot. The Barn is a converted horse barn and The Main House is the original New England home — each with its own entrance, its own interior, and its own feel.
